In Inzing in the Tyrolean district of Innsbruck-Land, a large-scale operation by the fire brigade is currently underway: According to initial information, a fire has broken out in a commercial enterprise in the industrial area. Dense smoke can be seen from afar. Residents are asked to keep doors and windows closed for the time being.
The fire brigades from Inzing and the surrounding area were alerted at around 9.30 a.m. A total of nine fire brigades are deployed, according to the Tyrol control center. This is purely a precautionary measure, according to the emergency services on site. There have not yet been any reports of injuries. The cause of the fire is also still unclear.
