(Boursier.com) — CMG Clean Tech SA won the tender for a project based in the United States, allowing its partner Panacea Global Energy to expand its activities in North America with the opening of its first American site, Green Garden Village, in the Osceola county.
The Osceola County Commission Board has approved the offer submitted by Panacea Global Energy, in partnership with CMG CleanTech SA, to purchase the land in phases to complete the project.
The final terms of this joint venture have not yet been finalized.
Note that the Green Garden Village is a multi-phase project. It provides for the construction of the company’s headquarters in the United States, a research and development center as well as 7 manufacturing plants, each with its own source of income and its own number of employees.
