(CercleFinance.com) – CNP Assurances announces that the board of directors of Arial CNP Assurances, which met yesterday, has appointed Bruno Angles as vice-president, succeeding André Renaudin.
In addition, Christian Borsoni has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Arial CNP Assurances as of December 21. He will also be responsible for the additional retirement within AG2R La Mondiale, as a member of the Executive Committee, in succession to Patrice Bonin.
As a reminder, Arial CNP Assurances brings together the supplementary retirement activities and the teams of CNP Assurances and AG2R La Mondiale.
