CNP Assurances: Appointments in international subsidiaries

(Boursier.com) — CNP Assurances announces key appointments within its international subsidiaries. These strategic changes in Brazil, Italy and Ireland aim to support the Group’s strong international development and meet the needs of its customers in a constantly changing global environment.

Jean-Baptiste Nessi replaces Tanguy Carré as CEO of CNP Unicredit Vita. Tanguy Carré retains his CEO mandates in CNP Vita Assicura and CNP Assicurazione.
A graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique (Applied Mathematics – Economics) and holder of an actuarial diploma from ENSAE, Jean-Baptiste Nessi began his career at Mazars where he contributed to the development of the quantitative finance division of Mazars Actuariat. He joined CNP Assurances in 2012 where he held various responsibilities within the Group technical department, successively in charge of retirement savings, then of the France scope. He was appointed group technical director and group actuarial function at the end of 2017. At the end of 2020, he continued his international career by becoming financial director of CNP Unicredit Vita in Milan and combined this position with that of DGA of CNP Vita Assicura/Assicurazione in from December 2021.

Julia Deiva succeeds Jean-Baptiste Nessi as CFO of CNP Unicredit Vita. Holder of a master’s degree in mathematics from the University of Lyon and a postgraduate diploma in actuarial and financial sciences from ISFA, Julia Deiva began her career in 2002 at Mazars Actuariat. In 2004, she joined the life insurance and capitalization company of the Societe Generale group (SOGECAP) where she carried out various activities relating to the management of results and profitability, then to ALM management (monitoring of Solvency 2 regulatory changes, implementation place of supervision and monitoring of subsidiaries, MCEV calculations, provident insurance, ALM studies, etc.). In 2014, she became technical reporting, profitability and ALM manager at AGEAS France. Since 2020, Julia Deiva has been responsible for retirement savings in the technical and innovation department of CNP Assurances.
