(CercleFinance.com) – CNP Assurances today announces the appointment of Maximiliano Villanueva as director of the group’s Latin America business unit (BU).
Maximiliano Villanueva – who succeeds Asma Baccar who is leaving the Group to devote herself to new projects – joins the group’s executive committee.
Born 48 years ago, Maximiliano Villanueva, an Argentinian national, joined the CNP Assurances Group in 2001. Before his new appointment, he served as general manager of Caixa Consorcio.
He is also Chairman of the Board of Directors of CNP Seguros in Argentina and a member of the Board of Directors of several CNP Assurances Group companies in Brazil (Caixa Vida e Previdência (CVP), CNP Seguros Holding Brasil and Caixa Seguradora).
