(CercleFinance.com) – Caisse des dépôts et consignations (CDC) declared that it indirectly crossed upwards, on March 16, 2022, the threshold of 90% of the voting rights of CNP Assurances and indirectly holds, through of La Banque Postale, 585,329,268 CNP Assurances shares representing 1,004,282,029 voting rights, i.e. 85.25% of the capital and 90.76% of the voting rights of this company.
This threshold crossing results from the off-market acquisition by La Banque Postale of 43,249,343 CNP shares at the price of the public offer initiated by the latter. La Banque Postale, on this occasion, rose directly above the same threshold as the CDC.
