(Boursier.com) — All of the resolutions put to the vote of CNP Assurances shareholders were adopted by the general meeting on Friday 22 April. The distribution of a dividend of 1 euro per share has therefore been validated. The ex-dividend will take place on April 27 for payment in cash from April 29, 2022.
