With Cobra Kai returning to Netflix for Season 5, fans can’t wait to see which ‘The Karate Kid’ star makes the honor and returns this time. Since the first season, “Cobra Kai” has managed to create a familiar ambience through familiar faces, while also creating a certain novelty and freshness.

For “Cobra Kai” Season 5, all possible characters from the first four “Karate Kid” films are possible. The “Cobra Kai” makers have already explained that all the characters that have had to do with Mr. Miyagi (Pat Morita) in previous films are part of the series universe. However, that excludes the characters from the 2010 “The Karate Kid” movie. But there’s still a way to bring in Jackie Chan.

According to Screen Rant, “The Karate Kid” is set to exist as a movie, starring Jackie Chan and Jaden Smith in the “Cobra Kai” universe. Thus, Jackie Chan could appear as himself or a fictional actor who played Mr. Han in “The Karate Kid”. Fans would certainly be excited to see the action hero in the series.

Comments by Tory actress Peyton List also point to a possible appearance by Jackie Chan. She is said to have raved about the fact that there is a guest actor who knows karate or at least a martial art. This guest star also seems to be so famous that the teenage performers are said to have freaked out.
