(CercleFinance.com) – Coface announces that the rating agency AM Best has confirmed its financial soundness ratings (IFS) ‘A’ (Excellent) attributed to the group, to Coface North America Insurance Company (CNAIC) and to Coface Ré, accompanied by an always ‘stable’ outlook.
In its press release, the agency underlines that these ratings “reflect the financial solidity of Coface, considered very strong by AM Best, as well as an adequate operational performance, a favorable economic model and appropriate risk management”.
It also recognizes that its operational performance ‘will be maintained at a good level over the medium term, in particular because of management’s ability to quickly take appropriate measures to reduce risks in the event of a deterioration in performance’.
