(Boursier.com) — Coface announces the appointment of Benoît Urbin as Country Manager for the United Kingdom and Ireland.
Benoît Urbin is based in London and reports to Carine Pichon, Managing Director of Coface Western Europe. He replaces Frédéric Bourgeois who will continue his career outside the Coface Group.
“Thanks to his knowledge of Coface, the credit insurance market, and his international experience in the insurance and payments sectors, Benoît will strengthen Coface’s capacities in the United Kingdom and Ireland, where we wish grow our business and our customer base,” said Carine Pichon, Coface’s Managing Director for Western Europe.
Coface has been present in the United Kingdom since 1993 and in Ireland since 2001. It offers credit insurance solutions for companies to protect them against non-payment, late payment, political risks, and losses linked to non-payment for goods or services. Coface also uses its database and economic intelligence to provide companies with information on their business partners, whether suppliers or customers, and help them assess their financial health and minimize risks. .
