PARIS (Agefi-Dow Jones)–The credit insurer Coface announced on Monday the launch of a buyback offer, within the limit of an amount of 150 million euros, on subordinated and guaranteed bonds issued in 2014 by an amount of 380 million euros bearing interest at a fixed rate of 4.125% and maturing on March 27, 2024. The results of the tender offer, which will take place from February 21 to 25, 2022, will be announced on February 28 , said the credit insurer in a press release. Coface will also indicate on February 28 its decision concerning an issue of fixed-rate tier 2 securities denominated in euros that the insurer wishes to carry out and the terms of which will be specified on the same date.
