(CercleFinance.com) – Coface recorded consolidated revenue of 894.9 ME in the 1st half of 2022, up +14.6% at constant exchange rates and scope compared to the 1st half of 2021. Reported data (at current scope and exchange rates), sales increased by +16.5%.
Premium income from the insurance business (including surety and Single Risk) increased by +16.1% at constant scope and exchange rates (and by 18.1% at current exchange rates).
Operating profit came to €202.9 million in the 1st half of 2022, up +17.9% mainly due to revenue growth and a still low loss experience.
In total, net income (group share) amounted to 144.4 ME, up +17.2% compared to the 1st half of 2021, including 78.2 ME in the 2nd quarter of 2022.
