It’s the least. He understands that we must “learn to govern and legislate differently”. It’s a bit late. He claims to have been elected on April 24 on a “clear project” from which he derives “clear legitimacy”. On the project, it is questionable. He sends the ball back into the camp of the opposition leaders, who must “say in complete transparency how far they are ready to go”.
