Dhe various voices, in the opposition, often criticize Emmanuel Macron for being “above ground”. This Thursday of strikes and demonstrations, it is in any case outside French soil. He attends, in Barcelona, with eleven ministers and not the least, at the 27e Franco-Spanish summit.
