(AOF) – Valérie Agathon has been appointed as Director of Administration, Finance and Strategy for the Colas group. Reporting to the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, she joins the Strategy Committee and the General Management Committee. Since 2021, she has been Deputy Director of the Materials business unit and Administrative and Financial Director of Bitumen.
Valérie Agathon began her professional career internationally, in Germany and then in Sweden. She then joined Dassault Systèmes for 10 years, during which she was successively responsible for marketing projects, in charge of investor relations, then Director of investor relations.
She joined the Bouygues Group in 2009, as Director of Investor Relations, then Director of Strategy and Development. In 2019, she joined Colas as Financial Director of the Materials and Bitumen business units.
