The "Riverdale" stars Cole Sprouse (27, "Hotel Zack & Cody") and Lili Reinhart (23, "Miss Stevens") apparently broke up. At least that's what "Page Six", the gossip and gossip department of the tabloid "New York Post", had learned from a source.
According to the source, the couple are said to have split up before the corona pandemic hit the US hard. Since then, the actors have been supposed to live in isolation. The separation is said to have passed without bad blood and the two reportedly want to remain "good friends".
Reinhart and Sprouse met on the set of the Netflix series "Riverdale". There has often been speculation about the length of the relationship. "Page Six" speaks of almost three years. During this time, rumors of separation came up again and again, which mostly left the possible ex-couple uncommented. In July 2019, however, both had made fun of the rumors via Instagram. "Breaking: A reliable source has confirmed that none of you know anything," wrote Reinhart at the time.
