Collision at the intersection – red light run over: Senior injured in the crash

A 74-year-old driver crashed into the car of a 29-year-old on Tuesday afternoon, probably because he ran a red light in Innsbruck. He was injured in the process, and there was serious property damage to the cars.

According to the police, the 74-year-old had probably driven into the intersection of Holzhammerstraße and Innrain despite the red light. A local (29) who drove out of town on the Innrain and drove into the intersection when it was green collided with the senior. The 74-year-old local sustained injuries of an unspecified degree.
