Columbia Threadneedle launches two ESG funds

Columbia Threadneedle markets Columbia Threadneedle (Lux) Sustainable Outcomes Global Equity (Isin code: LU2282709380) and Columbia Threadneedle (Lux) Sustainable Outcomes Pan-European Equity (Isin code: LU2282712681), two funds invested respectively in international and European equities. Responsible investment criteria are taken into account in the selection of securities. Thus, these funds focus on companies that make a significant contribution to sustainable development by displaying quality ESG indicators. They must also obviously generate high financial returns. Companies with the lowest responsible investment ratings and those exposed to significant controversy are excluded from the portfolio. Finally, the evaluation of the competitive advantage and the structure of the sector in which the company operates are at the heart of the investment process.
