The notice of meeting serving as notice of meeting, including the agenda and the text of the resolutions presented to the General Meeting, was published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires (BALO) of May 15, 2023, bulletin n° 58 as well as a corrective notice dated May 24, 2023, in bulletin n°62. The procedures for participating in and voting at this Meeting are set out in the notice of meeting.
