Commerzbank is down: Over 1,300 users report one problem in particular to us

After Commerzbank had repeatedly struggled with problems in recent weeks, the bank’s customers were not spared from difficulties even one day after the Christmas holidays. As over 1,300 affected Commerzbank customers report to us, there are serious difficulties at midday.

These apparently mainly affect online banking. More than half of the reports come from this online service alone. Some of the reports also tell us about login problems, problems with the app and problems with the website. At least the latter we cannot confirm after testing it ourselves. An end to the disruption remains to be seen.
