Imagined by the cartoonist Wingz, the illustration has a "racist connotation" in this context, in the eyes of the Ministry of the Interior. We see a policeman asking a black man to approach his service vehicle, explaining that his "taser refill on the cigarette lighter". A joke in very bad taste, at a time when police violence is more and more denounced.

I suspended him as a precaution", Gérald Darmanin said on Twitter, Saturday, January 9. Its sending by the commissioner as a greeting card created "internal outcry", indicates a union source from Yvelines.
