5 sentences that introverts say every day
Introverted people are known for their calm and thoughtful nature. What subtle phrases characterize them in everyday life?
We can usually tell whether a person is introverted or extroverted by their external appearance: while extroverts are not afraid to be the center of attention and make new contacts, introverts find these very things difficult. They prefer to stay in the background and in familiar areas.
However, introverted cannot necessarily be equated with shy. People who are shy usually want to have more contact with their fellow human beings or even strangers – but they don’t dare to do so. Those who are introverts, on the other hand, enjoy time alone and need it to recharge their batteries. A small and subtle but important difference.
Introverts maintain the contacts that are good for them
Outwardly, introverted people seem to choose very carefully who they surround themselves with. They know who is good for them and with whom a meeting might drain them of energy rather than make them feel comfortable and have fun. Introverts are usually able to assess their social energy level quite well: Is the battery just charged enough to make such a get-together possible or do they just need time for themselves to regenerate?
