Compagnie de l’Odet: The dividend of 4 euros will be paid on June 27

(Boursier.com) — The Combined General Meeting of Odet Company was held on June 14 under the presidency of Vincent Bolloré.
92.68% of the capital took part in the votes. All resolutions presented during the Combined General Meeting were adopted between 99.70% and 100%.

The dividend of 4 euros per share, up 11% compared to that paid in 2023, will be paid on June 27.
