On Friday, Saint-Gobain proceeded with the cancellation of approximately 8.9 million treasury shares purchased on the market. Following this operation, the total number of shares making up the capital amounts to 520 million shares and the number of shares in circulation is 516 million shares, compared to 521 million at the end of December 2021.
