(Boursier.com) — At the Company of the AlpsDominique Marcel announced his decision to resign as member and Chairman of the Board of Directors with effect from November 1, 2022.
The Board of Directors of Compagnie des Alpes has co-opted, on the recommendation of the Appointments and Remuneration Committee, Ms. Gisèle Rossat-Mignod as director of the company, with effect from November 1, 2022, and for the remaining term of term of office of Mr.
Dominique Marcel.
The Board also decided to appoint her Chairman of the Board of Directors from the same date. This appointment will be subject to ratification at the next general meeting.
