Compagnie des Alpes: Dominique Thillaud renewed in his mandate

(Boursier.com) — On the recommendation of the Appointments and Compensation Committee, the Board of Directors of Compagnie des Alpes of this October 10 renewed its confidence in Dominique Thillaud by recognizing the principle of the renewal of his mandate as Director General.

His current mandate expiring at the end of the Annual General Meeting which will approve the accounts for the financial year ending September 30, 2024 set for March 13, 2025, the Board of Directors has indicated that it will formally renew Dominique Thillaud in his functions during its meeting on March 13, 2025 and from this date, for a period of 4 years expiring at the end of the Annual General Meeting which will approve the accounts for the financial year ending September 30, 2028.
