(Boursier.com) — After the firm offer submitted on June 29, the Company of the Alps signed, on July 28, the contract for the acquisition of 85% of the shares making up the share capital of MMV, following the favorable opinion given by the representative bodies of the personnel of the two groups.
The completion of the transaction, still planned for October 2022, remains subject to the approval of the competition authority.
