Trade unions do not are not in favor and the employers’ organizations have expressed reservations and asked questions about the operational modalities, “she detailed.
But Elisabeth Borne assured it, she wishes “to continue the exchanges with the unions”. “We do not know what the situation will be in ten days and the possible measures that we will have to take. So I wish to continue the exchanges with the employers’ and trade union organizations and we will see if the parliamentarians consider that it is relevant to l ‘introduce by amendment. “
Two million employees already affected
For the Minister of Labor, we would indeed not be in the unknown since we already have experience of the health pass in professions in contact with the public, namely in restaurants or hotels. “We already have a small-scale experience since the start of the school year since 2 million employees or public officials must present a health pass to go to work,” she said.
