For just over two weeks, the players of Fortnite can, like every year, take advantage of a summer event, allowing them to celebrate summer. During this one, quests are obviously offered to players, in order to recover some exclusive rewards. While some quests are very easy, others, on the other hand, require a little more thought and research. This is particularly the case for the challenge which asks you to complete a lap on the boat racing circuit after the countdown begins.
Complete a lap on the Boat Race Circuit after the countdown begins
This challenge is not very difficult, especially because the race location is indicated in game. If you do not know where to go, go to the water south of Daily Bugle, at the level of the large island where find the launch pad. You will see a platform on which there are two boats and a sign. The location is shown on the map below.
The objective will be to find a boat and approach this sign. Then it is important to wait for the end of the countdown, which starts at 15 seconds. Once the fifteen seconds have passed, and the countdown is over, you can start your race (when the lights turn green). The goal is to pass through all the doors within the given time, which go around the island. You will normally have no trouble completing the challenge.
If the quest is too difficult, especially because of other players, we advise you to wait a bit before thinking about it, or to go to this place only if the trajectory of the battle bus is far away.
Completing this challenge will allow you to recover 15,000 Season XP.
