According to information from World, Valérie Pécresse and François Hollande would have shared a dinner last August, in the company of their respective spouses. During the meal, François would have given some advice to the candidate.
In its February 13 issue, Le Monde devotes a portrait to Valérie Pécresse, the LR candidate in the presidential election. In the article, it is in particular a question of a dinner organized in August 2021, between Valérie Pécresse, her spouse Jérôme, François Hollande and Julie Gayet. The latter, orchestrated in the greatest secrecy, would have been held in Combressol, in Corrèze, the native village of Jérôme Pécresse. According to Le Monde, it is in a “old village bakery that the couple bought and fitted out“, that the Pécresses would have received François Hollande and Julie Gayet. During dinner, the candidate would have taken the opportunity to seek advice from François Hollande on his campaignand would have reviewed “several French cities“with the former head of state for his upcoming meetings.”In Colmar, they do not mobilize much. Focus on a few regions, the French Riviera for example“, would have advised him, among other things, François Hollande during what Le monde indicates as being “an informal campaign meeting“.
Valérie Pécresse: this day when her outfit was deemed “indecent” at the Assembly
In 2013, Valérie Pécresse suffered some criticism regarding her outfit at a meeting in the Assembly to debate the bill to adopt marriage for all. Summoned urgently with the other deputies, the latter had arrived at the National Assembly wearing faded gray jeans. A look that had been judged”indecent” by Christian Jacob, the boss of the UMP deputies.
