Conchata Ferrell: "Two and a Half Men" star suffered a severe heart attack

Big concerns about the "Two and a Half Men" star Conchata Ferrell: The 77-year-old US actress had a serious heart attack.

The actress Conchata Ferrell (77), best known for her role in "Two and a Half Men" as Charlie Sheens (54) housekeeper, has suffered a severe heart attack. The US portal "TMZ" reports, citing her husband Arnie. Accordingly, after four weeks in the intensive care unit, she had now been transferred to a nursing home. The American has been in a clinic since May.

Originally, she was admitted because of an infection, and her condition deteriorated rapidly in the hospital. The underlying disease, however, is expressly not Covid-19, as was partially reported in the press, the report says. According to her husband, the heart attack resulted in a ten-minute cardiac arrest. Her condition is now stable, but Ferrell still needs a ventilator and a dialysis machine.

His wife could not speak or communicate, but was conscious and would perceive her surroundings. Due to the current hygiene requirements, he is currently unable to visit his wife. "It will be a while before there is a recovery," says Arnie. One hopes for the best, but there is nothing that could speed up the process.
