The “Krone” has more than 30 verified cases that worried parents have reported, including a case from a Lower Austrian elementary school, where third-grade students with champagne glasses should learn to use condoms. “My eight-year-old daughter was upset, she was completely beside herself,” says a shocked mother. A similarly disturbing case in a Styrian high school: “My son, then 14, was supposed to write on a piece of paper how often he masturbated. A boy dropped the note on the floor. Another saw what was written on it and blurted it out, all the children laughed,” says a woman who cannot believe what happened.
