Do I need to connect Amazon Music to Alexa?
If you are near a smart Echo speaker from Amazon and the voice assistant Alexa expresses a song request, she will automatically fulfill it – on Amazon Music.
If no other streaming service such as Spotify or Apple Music has been connected to Alexa, Amazon Music is already available in its basic version and does not even have to be set up. Amazon Prime members are automatically registered in the Amazon Prime Music benefit program at no additional cost.

Alexa: How to switch accounts on Amazon Music
If several people in your household use the Amazon services, it makes sense to set up user profiles. If you have created a voice ID for all profiles, Alexa will also recognize the user when using Amazon Music via Alexa – which is why changing the profile is not necessary.
