The aluminum specialist explains that it is targeting an adjusted operating profit (Ebitda) of 740 to 770 million euros this year, excluding the non-monetary impact of the shift in metal prices.
For comparison, the group achieved a ‘record’ adjusted Ebitda of 713 million euros in 2023, an increase of 6%.
However, due to inflationary pressures and headwinds in several markets, its annual turnover fell by 11% to 7.2 billion euros.
Its net profit for the financial year stood at 129 million euros, compared to a profit of 308 million euros in 2022.
The group, which forecasts free cash flow of more than 130 million euros this year, says it remains confident in its ability to achieve an adjusted Ebitda of more than 800 million euros in 2025, excluding the non-monetary impact of price mismatches. metals.
