The number of housing starts in France over 12 months stood at 283,900 at the end of February 2024, compared to 287,400 the previous month, a drop of 1.2%, according to data published at 8:45 a.m. by the Data and Studies Department statistics (SDES). Compared to February 2023, cumulative housing starts over 12 months are down by 95,700, or 25.2% less.
