(AOF) – Saint-Gobain announces that it has entered into a definitive agreement for the acquisition of Adfi, a leading international player in reinforcing fibers for concrete. Operating globally in the construction sector with a commercial presence in more than 60 countries, Adfil employs around 70 people, operates two factories in Belgium and has generated a turnover close to 40 million euros in 2022.
The acquisition of Adfil is fully in line with Saint-Gobain’s strategic plan “Grow & Impact”, which aims to consolidate the Group’s leading position and accelerate its growth dynamic by expanding its range of solutions for sustainable construction markets.
