The Upper Carinthian municipality of Rennweg ensures more safety on the way to school and around the educational center. Parents have their own parking spaces there so that they can safely bring their little ones to class. In addition, the walkway to the school will be extended. The construction work is in progress.
“The safety of our children is very important to us! That is why we have now set ourselves the goal of defusing dangerous spots around our education center, ”says Rennweger Mayor Franz Aschbacher.
Renovation work in full swing
Additional parking spaces for parents are currently being built in front of the school building. Aschbacher: “This way we guarantee that the children get to class safely.” A green area and an extension of the sidewalk towards the school are also being tackled. “The construction work for this is already in full swing,” adds the community chief.
