Clermont-Ferrand, June 12, 2024 – (FR0004177046 METEX), METabolic EXplorer (METEX), leader in industrial fermentation enabling the manufacture of ingredients of natural origin intended for the animal nutrition, cosmetics and biopolymers markets, announces that the Paris Commercial Court granted, on June 11, 2024, the request for conversion of the safeguard procedure opened for the benefit of the Company since March 25, 2024 into a judicial recovery procedure.
As a reminder, this conversion must allow the examination by the Court of possible offers to take over the assets of METabolic EXplorer under a sale plan, in particular the April offer relating in particular to part of METabolic’s commercial and R&D activities EXPLORE (in addition to METEX NØØVISTAGO activities).
