Cook Serve Forever: The culinary management game will be released in early access in April on PC

Announced in April 2022 before completely disappearing from radar, Cook Serve Forever resurfaced yesterday to share some good news. The culinary management game from Vertigo Gaming, to which we owe the license Cook, Serve, Delicious!, will be released in early access next April on PC via Steam. Another surprise, the title takes the opportunity to get a demo available now on this same platform.

A growing cast and a demo

In case you have never heard of this production, this one will invite you to follow the story of Nori Kaga, a modest female chef leaving for the solarpunk city of Helianthus in order to follow in the footsteps of her idol, Culinary Queen Rhubarb. On the program, we are promised dozens of hours of gameplay in perspective, a new dynamic kitchen system and a campaign that can be played entirely in local cooperation with a friend.

As a reminder, the soundtrack will be composed by Jonathan Geer (Cook, Serve, Delicious!, Owlboy, Neon Chrome…) and the campaign will be fully dubbed in English. On the casting side, the presence of several known names in the industry has been confirmed such as Elspeth Eastman (League of Legends, Crypt of the NecroDancer), Maya Aoki Tuttle (Destiny 2), Emme Montgomery (Cook, Serve, Delicious! 3?!), Broden Kelly (Aunty Donna), Sung Won Cho (God of War: Ragnarok, Boyfriend Dungeon) or even Jennifer Roberts (Triangle Strategy).

Version 1.0 of Cook Serve Forever still seems slated to arrive later this year at the moment. It will of course be available on PC via Steam. but also on consoles without further details. According to Gematsu, the list of platforms will be announced after the launch of Early Access.
