Three quarters of all women of childbearing age regularly suffer from menstrual cramps. The side effects range from headache and abdominal pain to listlessness or even depressive moods.

So it was influencer Sofia Tsakiridou, better known as "matiamubysofia", who even wrote a cookbook about it. Because the fact is: certain dishes can help to at least alleviate symptoms typical of PMS. Together with professional chef Kevin von Holt, she prepares a salad that prevents abdominal pain and PMS in the current episode of "I cook something that you don't see".
