Corep Lighting: 2022, a difficult year

(Boursier.com) — In 2022, the group’s consolidated turnover Corep Lighting is down slightly by -7% to 35.57 million euros (38.29 ME in 2021). It had increased by +50% between 2021 and 2020.

The operating result is in loss of -915 kE for a net result also in loss of -244 kE (+1.23 ME in 2021). The net result (group share) is in the red at -277 kE (+1.12 ME in 2021).

The market shares won in recent years, following the strong increase in activity in 2021, have been maintained. On the other hand, the group suffered from a strong impact of increased costs (raw materials, transport, dollar).
It is impossible to anticipate these economic effects and their repercussions on sales prices are difficult. The combination of these events mechanically impacted the margin by 2 points over the year.

No dividend

It will be proposed to the Annual Ordinary General Meeting to be held on June 30, 2023 at the registered office
of the company at 10 a.m. not to distribute dividends.
