Coromon: Which starter to choose between Cubzero, Toruga and Nibblegar?

As with any new adventure, there are important choices to choose from. coromone is obviously no exception to the rule and will ask you to set your sights on one of the three creatures proposed by Professor Nelson. Of course, each of them has advantages, but also disadvantages, which must be taken into account since the chosen Coromon will dictate the tone of your first hours of adventure.

What are the Coromon starters?

Just like in Pokémon, Professor Nelson will offer you to choose from three coromone different : nibblegar, cubzero and Toruga. Each of them represents a particular type of Coromon, something that is important to take into account when building your team. Ideally, you’d like to have a team of particularly strong Coromon against all other types, but unfortunately that won’t be that easy.

Which Coromon starter to choose?

cubzero seems to be the strongest starter of the three, with the Ice-type Coromon being most viable in PVE and PVP. Indeed, the latter will learn at level 16, level of his evolution into Aroara, the Splash attack, which is of the Water type, which will allow him to have a certain ascendancy over the Coromon of the Fire type, a particularly powerful type against ice.

Given that Ice- or Water-type Coromons are much rarer than Fire-typesso we advise you to choose Cubzero or Nibblegar in order to be sure to have at least one creature of this type in your team.

Anyway, the three Coromon chokes offered are, on the whole, fairly balanced and none of them will negatively impact your game. Therefore, you can, without any worries, make your choice based only on the visual aspect of each Coromon.

As a reminder, Coromon is released on March 31, 2022 on PC, through Steam, Switch and mobiles.
