Corona challenges: 6 examples from our community

One challenge is currently chasing the next on Instagram. From pushups to children's photos to dances – the stories cheerfully postpone and challenge. In our community, too, numerous users have shared their "Corona Challenges". We would like to introduce six of them here with the kind permission of the inventors (THANKS !!).

6 corona challenges from our community

1. Try out the wardrobe – and muck it out

"My first challenge in life: I wear different clothes from the area every day that I don't wear very often anyway. Then to find out whether I feel good enough to keep them or give them away consistently and finally. In continuity I've never done this before and I'm just positive that it will lead to a reduction in stocks. " (Thanks to twix25!)

2. Improve body awareness

"My personal challenge: to become more flexible and get a better body feeling. I would now like to make a YouTube video every day (yoga and dancing). Today I started and did 15 minutes of yoga for beginners. My first yoga ever. It was feasible, but I was still very cramped and tense. I think I’m going to make the video now until I can get the movements smooth, then I’ll try the next one. ” (Thanks to starsandstripes!)

3. Make up

"I'm living alone and I like to wear comfortable clothes at home. But now that I almost don't get to the door anymore, I'm afraid to slip from" comfortably "to" letting myself go "at times. Having breakfast in my pajamas is great. If that tears … rather not .. Tomorrow's plan: get up, shower, hairdress, make up discreetly (even if no one sees it) …. and dress sensibly. On the occasion also gladly the things I'm not sure of : Is it still nice or can it go away. " (Thanks to Red Fox!)

4. Stay fit and in a good mood

"My challenge is to stay fit. I went to aqua fitness twice a week and at least twice to the gym and once to the dance class in front of Corona. At the moment I go walking and do some gymnastics almost every day. A few months ago I changed my diet ( including losing weight) and would like to continue pulling it through so far works quite well.

Otherwise, I have to see that I'm in a good mood. Yesterday was in the basement. Everything that I have built up in social contacts, also through sport, is not going right now. My voluntary work is paused …

Keeping in a good mood and staying confident – that's a challenge … "(Thanks to Coryanne!)

5. Gain strength

"My challenge: After a long period of sickness due to illness, I am now trying to regain some strength and fitness. I am light years away from yoga and other strenuous stuff. Of course, rehab does not take place now. I'll start slowly starting to make small rounds with the dog again. Since I live in a very rural area, I will not meet anyone, maybe a farmer is traveling with the tractor somewhere. This may be exhausting, for this I need 2 strong arms, the dog weighs 40 kg … and if he sees a rabbit, he knows no relatives.

Stay healthy! "(Thanks to chincat!)

6. Stay fit, eat healthy, support small shops in the neighborhood

I would like to continue doing my 3 sports units per week (mainly yoga, occasionally pedaling on the ergometer) and tackling a few household items that have been stuck for half an eternity (without exaggerating, of course).

For Easter gift shopping, which this time has to take place online except for the sweet stuff, I would prefer the local dealer. My bookstore has always offered a delivery service, and I was delighted to find that my favorite toy store does the same, and I will soon look for my nephews there.

A small challenge for me is lunch in the home office. I usually go to the cafeteria, but there is usually only heavy, greasy stuff containing convenience products, so I want to have as little as possible to use stuff and I'm currently testing different approaches to a quick and good lunch break supply. Cook more in the evening and pick up a portion, cook soup, freeze portions and eat with a small side dish, prepare pesto and just cook pasta at lunchtime … let's see what else comes to me. "(Thanks to Marie-Madeleine!)
