The Federal Institute for Civil Protection and Disaster Protection recommends that you have the following preparations in your medicine cabinet (by the way, this also applies regardless of the corona situation):

  • personal medication prescribed by a doctor
  • Cold remedies
  • Pain reliever and antipyretic
  • Remedies for diarrhea, nausea, vomiting
  • Anti-insect bites and sunburn
  • Electrolytes to compensate for fluid loss
  • Medical thermometer
  • Splinter tweezers
  • Skin disinfectant
  • Wound disinfectant
  • Bandage material (gauze compress, bandage scissors, plasters, bandages, triangular cloth)
