The vaccination offensive at Swiss schools angered Corona skeptics. Some of them have now banded together in the background to take action against it.
The anonymous activists call their project “vaccination pressure”. In the online messenger service Telegram, they write: “Help us document this criminal activity across Switzerland. The project can be big! “
Opponents of the vaccination make no secret of their goal. As a successful example, they refer to events less than a month ago in Chur, GR. There, the city wanted to vaccinate schoolchildren from the age of twelve in the playgrounds. However, following threats, the authorities canceled the operation at short notice. The city feared for the safety of vaccination staff, students and teachers. According to City Councilor Patrik Degiacomi, there were even death threats against those responsible.
According to corona skeptics, the new “vaccination pressure” project is primarily intended to monitor vaccinations in schools. “We consider participation in such vaccination campaigns to be illegal and will consequently document them accordingly,” they write on Telegram. The documentation would later be used for a “legal processing of the offenses”.
Skeptics play secret service
Sunday view is one of these records. It comes from the vaccination campaign on September 17, 2021 at the grammar school in Burgdorf BE and is reminiscent of the surveillance protocol of a secret service.
On ten pages, the skeptics describe in detail who did what, where and when. «Shortly before 9 am: The vaccination team drives up in a gray Skoda car. It is a rental car from Company X. * A cool box is presumably being unloaded from the car, which presumably contains the vaccine. ” And further: “According to the sign behind the windshield, it is assumed that the supposed vaccination team is an employee of Hospital Y. *”
For the documentation, the Corona skeptics photographed all the actions of the people involved, researched their names and also photographed the inside of cars. They also tried to get into the school house.
Thereupon those responsible at the Burgdorfer Gymnasium notified the police. Vice-Rector Sylvia Klöti: «We did not feel threatened by the vaccine skeptics. On the other hand, it is our job to keep the school running properly. “
Legal intimidation tactics
It is unclear exactly who is behind the “vaccination pressure” campaign. The traces lead to the family task force group, an association that also fights against the mask requirement in schools. In a telegram chat of the group, opponents of the measures share conspiracy theories and raise the mood against the corona vaccination.
The anti-vaccination campaigns do not make themselves liable to prosecution with their surveillance actions. And yet the question arises why they do this. And whether the documentation should also serve to intimidate.
The family task force association justifies itself by email: “We are less secret than the complete list of the ingredients of a vaccination.” That is why the following motto was written on the flag: “Stay away from our children.”
Vaccination opponents or not – school vaccinations continue in many cantons. In the canton of Aargau, for example, more than 2,500 schoolchildren have been vaccinated so far, in Zurich 4,200. Most of them have been vaccinated with the help of mobile vaccination teams.
Security has to be called up
Some cantons are now deploying security staff on the school premises. But nothing happened. “So far there have been no serious incidents,” says Michel Hassler, spokesman for the Aargau Health Department. There were only “minor appearances by protesters”.
Across Switzerland, almost 40 percent of all ten to 19 year olds are now fully vaccinated. This quota should continue to rise – also in the canton of Bern. Another vaccination campaign will take place on Tuesday at the Burgdorf grammar school. The skeptics of “vaccination pressure” have already announced themselves again.
