On Tuesday April 4, 2023, it was announced that Prince George will be among the eight Pages of Honor who will be part of the coronation ceremony. You will accompany King Charles and Queen Camilla during the service and be part of the procession through Westminster Abbey.
“The King’s Pages of Honor will be His Royal Highness Prince George of Wales, Lord Oliver Cholmondeley, Master Nicholas Barclay and Master Ralph Tollemache. The Queen Consort’s Pages of Honor are Her Majesty’s grandsons, Master Gus and Master Louis Lopes and Master Freddy Parker Bowles, as well Her Majesty’s great-nephew, Master Arthur Elliot,” said a statement from Buckingham Palace.
The eight boys will bring the royal couple’s robes into the church. Prince George will wear his grandfather’s robes along with three other pages. The Queen Consort’s robes are worn by her three male grandchildren and great-nephew.
By deciding to include their closest family members in this historic event, Charles and Camilla demonstrate their bond with family.
