Can I be satisfied with a voucher?
If you are satisfied with a voucher, there is of course nothing against it. But it is not a must! Maybe you just wanted to see a very special game or concert. Therefore: If you prefer to get your money back, you are entitled to that. Visitors can insist on it.
And with season tickets?
