  • Counter-Strike 2 is still in beta.
  • A leak shows a new version of the Inferno map.
  • There are several changes on bomb side A and B.

Counter-Strike 2 is currently in a closed test phase. Since the start of the beta there have also been new leaks, especially about the changes to the existing maps.

Reddit user IMarbot recently posted several images showing a new version of the Inferno map.

Bomb Side Changes A

The biggest change here concerns the removal of the wall at the graveyard stairs. Because the players will no longer be able to hide there in the future, the way of playing should change significantly, especially at the highest game levels.

Changes to Bomb Side B

The most striking change in the B-site concerns the “construction” area. On the leaked pictures you can see a completely revised version of the previous area. Instead of a construction site, you can now see a church here, which shows the new lighting technology of the game engine.

As soon as a release date for Counter-Strike 2 is known, you will find it in our gaming release list as usual. Elsewhere, we tell you how many players currently have access to the beta.
