- Counter-Strike 2 has received an update.
- The developers have replaced the Dust 2 map with Mirage.
- There are also other changes with the update.
Counter-Strike 2 will be released soon, but the shooter is still in a closed test phase. This has previously only contained a single map, but that has changed with a new update.
So far only Dust 2 was playable, but now the developers have replaced this card. Instead, a new version of Mirage is now playable.
More changes
In addition to the map changes, the update also introduces significant gameplay changes that are strongly reminiscent of the Valorant.
Players now have the ability to completely undo any equipment purchase before the start of a round, as long as it has not been used. Also included in the update is a visual overhaul of the purchase and loadout system.
New visuals and systems aren’t the only changes Valve is said to have planned for the shooter. As Dataminer want to have found out, you can also get pets and collectibles in Counter-Strike 2.
