Coup in Berlin in 2014 – stolen diamonds turned up in a Vienna pawn shop

Diamond earrings stolen in a brutal lightning coup at the Berlin luxury department store KaDeWe in December 2014 have now reappeared in the federal capital. The 43-year-old accused of receiving stolen property, who left the 154,000 euro bling to a pawn dealer for 4,000 euros, gave an interesting explanation in the Vienna regional court as to how he came into possession of the valuable piece of jewelry.
